GanttPRO supports .xlsx and .csv files. Start from Create new project → Import.</p>
<p dir="auto"><strong>Map your project data you can map spreadsheet columns to:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>standard GanttPRO fields;</li>
<li>existing custom fields;</li>
<li>new custom fields created during import;</li>
<li>or skip columns you don’t need.</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto">For custom fields, unmatched values can be mapped manually or with AI.</p>
<p dir="auto"><strong>Import resources and multiple values</strong><br />
For fields such as Assigned, People, Multiselect, and Labels, you can import multiple values.<br />
Imported resources can be matched with existing users or resources, created as virtual resources, or excluded.</p>
<p dir="auto"><strong>Bring in more project details</strong><br />
Supported data includes WBS, assignees, progress, status, priority, dates, duration, estimation, time logs, budget, actual cost, and more.</p>
<p dir="auto">You can also select which imported tasks should become milestones.</p>
<p dir="auto">If you already manage projects in spreadsheets, this update should make moving them into GanttPRO much faster.</p>
