Syncing GanttPRO tasks with Google or Outlook Calendars
I use GanttPRO to plan my projects and rely on my personal calendar for my daily schedule. I’d like to see selected GanttPRO tasks alongside my meetings and other events without having to copy them manually.
How can I sync these tasks with Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar? What task details will appear in my calendar?

Hi! Yes, GanttPRO integrates with both Google and Outlook Calendars. Sync works one way, so the tasks you select appear as events in your calendar. Each event includes the task name, start and end dates, project name, and a link to the task.
All project tasks can be synced, including the ones that are assigned to you, as well as milestones. You can also filter tasks by status, priority, date range, or assignee.
How to set it up: click Account settings, then Integration and API. There you’ll be able to connect your calendar and choose which tasks to sync.
The updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in your calendar.
