GanttPRO’s connection with other tools via API and webhooks

As we have a set of internal tools, we’d like to сonnect them with GanttPRO. Are there any options for the custom integration available? And when something changes in GanttPRO, can we receive updates in our system?

Hi Olivia! GanttPRO offers an API and webhooks for custom integrations.

To connect with external systems, you’ll need an API key. To receive updates (for example, tasks being created or time being logged) – webhooks. GanttPRO sends a POST request containing the event details to that tool.

Both options are available under Account settings ==>Integration and API.

Before building a custom integration, make sure to check the existing options. GanttPRO already integrates with Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Google Drive, and OneDrive.
Webhooks let an external tool receive updates when specific events happen in GanttPRO, such as a task being created or time being logged.
