Is it possible to share a board with third-parties?

Hi! I was wondering whether third-party sharing can apply to the board view without adding them directly to the project?

We sometimes need to show clients and partners the current status of tasks, but the Gantt chart is not always the most convenient format for them. A shared Board view would make it easier to provide a quick overview of what is in progress, completed, or pending.

    Hi Clara! Yes! That's very possible :) Yes, you can now share the Board view with external stakeholders using a shared private link, similarly to how project sharing works for the Gantt chart.

    You can create the link directly from the Board view and configure it before sharing. The available settings include:

    • adding a name or description to distinguish between different links;
    • applying a filter to show only the relevant tasks;
    • protecting the shared view with a password;
    • choosing whether recipients see a fixed snapshot or the latest project updates.

    This can be useful when a client, partner, or another stakeholder needs visibility into a specific part of the project but does not need to participate in its management. Please let me know if you have additional questions!
