More flexible Excel and CSV import

The new release brought more flexibility to importing projects from Excel and CSV into GanttPRO. You can map spreadsheet data to GanttPRO fields, bring in custom fields and resources, and reduce the amount of manual setup after import.
GanttPRO supports .xlsx and .csv files. Start from Create new project → Import.

Map your project data you can map spreadsheet columns to:

standard GanttPRO fields;
existing custom fields;
new custom fields created during import;
or skip columns you don’t need.

For custom fields, unmatched values can be mapped manually or with AI.

Import resources and multiple values
For fields such as Assigned, People, Multiselect, and Labels, you can import multiple values.
Imported resources can be matched with existing users or resources, created as virtual resources, or excluded.

Bring in more project details
Supported data includes WBS, assignees, progress, status, priority, dates, duration, estimation, time logs, budget, actual cost, and more.

You can also select which imported tasks should become milestones.

If you already manage projects in spreadsheets, this update should make moving them into GanttPRO much faster.
