How to export a GanttPRO project to PDF, PNG, Excel, or XML

I need to export a project from GanttPRO so I can work with it further and share with colleagues. Which export formats are available and can I customize the file before downloading it?

Hi Ethan! You can export files from GanttPRO in few formats – PDF, PNG, Excel, and XML.

PDF and PNG includes a number of customization options such as filters, zoom level, baseline, task-name placement, Critical Path, Today marker, Workload, overdue tasks, standard and custom fields. Additionally for PDF – paper size and page orientation.
If you need project data rather than a visual Gantt chart – use Excel or XML formats. With Excel supporting filters and baseline data, you can adjust the export.

Where to find: upper-right corner, the Export option.
